EMDC is a company that specializes in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design and consulting. The company is located in an office complex in Thermi Thessaloniki, offering employees comfortable and functional working conditions.

The managing partners of the company have participated in many projects for various purposes, size and complexity, offering top quality MEP engineering services.

EMDC has permanent cooperation since 2002 with KHM Co., a leading engineering company based in Athens, on large projects both in Greece and abroad. For projects implemented in Romania EMDC and KHM formed together the affiliated company IKIA PROIECTARE SRL.

EMDC covers the entire range of MEP consulting services.

The managing partners, who are the main designers of the projects, determine the overall design, choose the technical solutions to be applied while at the same time they interact directly with the client and participate in all meetings with the architects and other designers of the project. The design engineers follow the guidelines set and prepare the various design parts. During design phase there is a continuous cooperation between all team members, so that all installations remain coordinated.

At each stage of the design the main designers continuously update all other specialties involved in the project (Architects, Structural, Acoustics, Lighting Designers, and Landscape Designers) for new data. In this way ensure the timely adjustment of all designs and achieve a perfect technical result.
